To reward you for taking the time to read this, here is a planting plan of our roof garden. We built the garden in 2012 to be a haven for birds and bees and other local wildlife alongside cocktail lovers.  We have a thriving population of goldfinches, house sparrows, foxes, several varieties of bees, butterflies and other nectar loving-loving insects.  All the plants in the garden are grown either for their culinary value in our cocktails or to provide valuable nectar for our buzzy friends.  You can easily create some of our Midnight Apothecary magic in your own window box or patch of garden, as long as you can find somewhere sunny.
