Our drinks menu is seasonal and constantly evolving. Inspired by and created from plants grown in our garden or foraged close by, our house-made infusions create an aromatic and bitter forward menu high on organic and local, low on refined sugar. 


Think a Woodland Martini with Douglas fir vodka, smoked sage and wild vermouth with angelica seed bitters, or Bonfire of the Vani-Teas with burnt bergamot and scented geranium tea with Jensen's Bermondsey Dry and campari. Or a lilac and nettle tea mocktail with local honey. Or sea buckthorn and fermented birch sap.   We indulge our non-alcoholic drinkers too!


Our careful use of local plant life is designed to compliment the incredible quality of ingredients and flavour in local spirits, beers, tonics and sodas such as Jensen's gin, Hiver honey beer - both from Bermondsey and Square Root Soda from Hackney.  





This season we are joined by the fabulous Piccalilli Caff, who will be serving up scrumptious, seasonal street food to keep us singing and dancing all night long. 

Based from the local cafe at Surrey Docks Farm, their tiny restaurant is situated in a working city farm, inspiring their ever-changing, locally-sourced menu. For the winter months, expect delicious Hot Pots, Stews, Autumnal Salads and more...
